On September 13, Suntech Group AB was acquired by Argynnis Group AB and thus became part of the business unit “Heating & Drying Group”, which also includes Ircon Drying Systems AB and the French company Solaronics S.A.S.
From 1 January 2020, Suntech will become an integral part of Ircon Drying Systems AB and is operated as a separate business area, continued under the Suntech brand.
Suntech’s website, e ‐ mail and telephone number will remain unchanged, however, the delivery and visiting address will be changed to Ircon Drying Systems AB, Svetsargatan 8, SE ‐ 462 56 Vänersborg.

During a transition period, Suntech’s bank giro numbers and accounts with Swedbank will remain. However, these will be completed in 2020.
